Leadership One™

The Leadership One™ module has been designed to follow-up Leadership Development workshops with follow-up exercises, simulations, reviews and an electronic support group. Leaders work on their Leadership Styles, learn how to run Effective Meetings, understand the power of listening, and so on.

In running the simulations, leaders practice what they have learned when they are asked to make decisions about hypothetical team and personnel situations. Poor decisions lead to a quagmire of tension and entanglements, while good decisions produce positive outcomes.

The main objective of the Leadership One module is to transform the Team Leader, adding such advanced skills as coaching and facilitation to traditional management styles. This is the proven way to increased organizational synergy and productivity.
